SHIPPING

STEPHAN/H is shipping worldwide.

All of our uniforms are manufactured according to the just-in-time approach, which means we produce each order when it comes in. The production time for your order will vary between 3 to 6 weeks*. Then, we will ship your order via your selected shipping method.

If you choose standard shipping and you are a resident of Quebec, expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping date. For the rest of Canada, please note 5 to 10 business days. If you choose express shipping, expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after shipping, wherever you live in Canada.

The shipping fees are based on the weight of the chosen items and on the delivery address.

Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.

*These deadlines may change depending on the period or traffic.

Our selected carrier delivers business days, excluding holidays. Please allow 4-12 business days upon order confirmation and product launch to major cities. Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations.

Please note : STEPHAN/H is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and parcel volume.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that you must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country of the shipment. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or additional fees charged by the destination country. The customer is responsible for those charges and STEPHAN/H advises you to contact customs office of the destination country for more information.
