STEPHAN/H proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all its professional products. Our professional flight suits are fully warrantied to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship.

Should a product fails or does not meet one these main criteria due to a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to decide if we will replace it or repair it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to an accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials following extended use and/or a prolonged period of time.

You are strongly advised to fully read the cleaning instructions of the products you purchase – this is very important. The use of bleach and fabric softener can irreversibly damage the texture and colour of certain fibres. Fabrics can also be damaged when a dryer or an iron is used. Some items must be washed separately. Clothes can also be damaged if left damp – and not separated – inside the washer or dryer, or elsewhere.

We therefore recommend that you follow the care instructions. No warranty will apply if the defect is deemed to have been caused by mishandling.

NICKS AND TEARS

All of our products are manufactured with high standards with strong and durable fabric. However, your STEPHAN/H product will ultimately be marked by wear and tear, notwithstanding the precautions you take when using or caring for it. STEPHAN/H warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, but it does not cover wear and accident.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

An original, dated proof of purchase specifying the item(s) for which you are submitting your claim must be provided so we can determine if the Warranty Policy is applicable. Without this proof, unfortunately, your claim will automatically be refused.

Please follow the procedure bellow:

1. Send an email at service@stephanh.com.
2. Include your full name and phone number in the email.
3. Attach a copy of the original, dated proof of purchase.
4. Please provide the item number(s) and the quantity of each item in your warranty claim.
5. To help us determine if the warranty applies to your claim, please attach photos and/or images of the defect(s).
6. Once your receive confirmation from STEPHAN/H that you can send us the item(s), carefully pack it/them and attach the original, dated proof of purchase.
7. Finally, send the package and the required documentation to:

We will confirm receipt of your package by email and advise you of which action STEPHAN/H will take, as well as the turnaround time.

All costs incurred for sending items to Customer Service must be prepaid and the package insured. Make sure the delivery service you choose offers a package tracking system and insurance coverage, and secures proof of delivery. STEPHAN/H will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in delivery to the above address.
